Terms of service.

These terms cover how we sell, bill, and support the AI receptionist service. Every client also signs a full service agreement before work starts. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

01

What you're buying

An AI phone receptionist for your business. We build it around your services, your service area, your hours, your booking windows, your pricing rules, and your emergency protocol. It answers the calls your team can't take, whether the line is busy, the office is closed, or everyone is out in the field. It collects the booking and lands it on your dispatcher's phone within seconds.

It runs through conditional call forwarding on the number you already have. Your number never changes, and it always stays yours.

What it does not do: it does not write into your dispatch or booking software. A person on your side always places the job. Direct software integrations are outside the scope of this service and are quoted separately.

Every build includes the assistant itself, the handoff to your dispatcher on whichever channel your team actually watches, a private dashboard with call recordings and transcripts, and two weeks of hands-on tuning after launch.

02

What it costs

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Setup (one-time)
$1,500
Monthly service (includes 300 answered minutes)
$100 / month
Above 300 minutes (billed as used)
$0.25 / minute

The monthly fee covers all third-party operating costs: telephony, AI processing, hosting. Nothing is passed through to you on top.

A limited number of founding clients receive reduced setup pricing in exchange for an honest written review and permission to publish a case study. Ask on your call whether slots are still open. If one is, the exact terms are written into the agreement you sign.

03

How billing works

The setup fee is paid in two parts: a 30% deposit to begin the build, and the remaining 70% at launch. We don't start building until the deposit clears.

Month 1 starts on your launch date. The $100 monthly fee is charged automatically to the card you authorize at launch, on or about the same day each month, until you cancel. You get an emailed receipt for every charge.

Setup fees and any overage are invoiced separately and payable on receipt.

We accept credit and debit cards and bank transfer. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.

04

Refunds: the 30-day guarantee

If you're not satisfied within 30 days of launch, tell us in writing and we refund the full setup fee you paid, deposit and balance both. No monthly fee is charged in that case.

After that 30-day window, setup fees are non-refundable, and monthly fees already charged are not refunded. You can cancel at any time (below) and you won't be charged again.

05

Cancelling

The service runs month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. An email is enough.

When it ends, forwarding simply turns off and your phones behave exactly as they did before. Your number is unaffected; it was always yours. If you ask within 30 days of cancelling, we export and hand over your call recordings, transcripts, and booking data.

06

Late or missed payment

If a monthly invoice is unpaid 5 days after the due date, we send a reminder. At 10 days, we may pause the service until it's paid, and a flat $25 late fee applies.

Pausing is not cancelling. Forwarding stops routing to the assistant, your phones work normally, and everything picks back up when payment clears.

07

What we need from you

  • The onboarding questionnaire, within 48 hours of signing
  • Your approval, before launch, of the exact wording the assistant uses for emergencies and the prices it is allowed to state
  • One carrier forwarding code entered on your phone. It takes about thirty seconds, we walk you through it live, and you can undo it yourself at any time
  • A heads-up when your hours, service area, on-call number, or pricing rules change
08

Limits you should know about

This is not an emergency service. The assistant follows the safety script you approve, for example telling a caller who reports a suspected gas leak to leave the building and call 911 immediately. It does not dispatch emergency services and is not a substitute for 911 or your own emergency procedures.

AI can mis-hear a caller. It happens. We read transcripts personally for the first two weeks and monitor continuously after that, and we fix what we find. Dispatch decisions, quotes, and work commitments stay with your team.

We depend on third-party platforms for telephony, AI processing, and hosting. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service running, and you can disable forwarding yourself at any moment with a carrier code.

09

Call recording

Calls handled by the assistant are recorded and transcribed, for quality, for your reports, and to settle disputes if they come up. Where the law requires it, including two-party-consent states, the greeting includes a recording and automated-assistant disclosure, and you approve that wording before launch. Everything is available to you in your dashboard.

10

Your data

Your call recordings, transcripts, booking data, and business information belong to you. We never sell or share them, or your customers' personal information, with anyone outside the platforms we use to run the service. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

We own the underlying system: the prompts, configurations, workflows, and software that make it work.
